“ The bright future is (hopefully) in progress.”   The DC Comics’ beloved virtual event is back! Now with more news and announcements to offer, DC FanDome 2021 holds its global event again. The event officially commences at 10am PT on October 16, 2021 (00.00 WIB, October 17). We, as the (super) hungry (and desperate) DC fans, cannot wait for the bright future that might be coming through next year ’s movie line-up, starting  with Matt Reeves’ The Batman (March 2022), to Jaume Collet-Serra’s Black Adam (July 2022), Andy Muschietti’s The Flash (November 2022), and lastly James Wan’s Aquaman & The Lost Kingdom (December 2022).  Unlike last year ’s event, this 2021 DC conference does not have the schedule of the panels, so like it or not, we have to watch the entire event to see our most-anticipated ones. "What's the like? Living life as a punchline?" When Warner Bros. was not satisfied with the critics of the preceding Suicide Squad (2016), they didn’t joke around. Four years already. Is it worth the wait? Or is it just a waste of time? Zack Snyder’s Justice League  has been through a lot of things (more like obstacles) since 2017. The movie underwent various production issues and rumors. Thankfully, it emerges to the surface on March 18, 2021 distributed by HBO Max, and I had the chance to watch it on HBO GO. Now debuts freshly on Rotten Tomatoes with a 78%,  Zack Snyder’s Justice League  has been called as a big improvement to its previous version, the 2017 theatrical release Justice League which garnered mixed reviews from both critics and moviegoers. Today, I finally watched Wonder Woman 1984 , which has made its way to theatrical release since December 16 and to streaming service HBO Max on December 25, 2020. It marks the 9th installment of DC Extended Universe. A sequel to Wonder Woman (2017), Wonder Woman 1984 serves its own storyline to the audiences and currently hits Rotten Tomatoes with a 68%.
